Paper Submission

Interested authors are requested to submit their paper proposals in the form of an extended abstract (2 pages), on the conference website in the tab reserved for the submission of extended abstracts.

Accepted Languages

Papers can be written in English, French, or Arabic.

Submission Steps

Form completion: authors' information.
Title and selection of one of the 11 thematic axes.
Upload the extended abstract in the dedicated field (or attached document).
Submission of the text before May 31, 2026.
Notification scheduled for June 06, 2026.
Submission of full text from June 06 to June 16, 2026.

Valuing Contributions

The best papers presented will be proposed to scientific journals partnering with the conference for publication in a special issue, subject to the submission procedures and editorial policies of those journals.

General Information

Transport & Accommodation

Once the paper is accepted, an acceptance and invitation letter to participate in the conference will be sent to the authors.

Travel and accommodation costs are borne by the participants.

Registration Fees

Fees cover conference materials, coffee breaks and meals:

  • 800 MAD (80 €) for professors-researchers
  • 1000 MAD (100 €) for professionals
  • 400 MAD (40 €) for PhD students

Doctoral Workshops

Training seminars will be provided free of charge to doctoral students participating in the conference.

A certificate of continuing education will be issued in this regard.
